The location was convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and stores, but far enough back that the sound of traffic wasn’t an issue. There was plenty of green space for our lab to enjoy. I also appreciated being on an end room with a pet.

The staff were so, so, so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us with some random, unusual needs we had. The room felt cozy and clean, and beds were comfy. We loved our stay! The lobby was cozy, comfortable, and friendly with simple board games available, a computer, and 24-hr coffee, tea, and water. They have Nutella in their breakfast bar. We were a few minutes late checking out (3 little kids, all of them feeling sick), and then had to come back later to look in the room for my kid's missing insulated water bottle (found it), and I never felt like a nuisance. They were always kind.

The staff was super friendly. The place was clean. Love the layout with the stairs in the middle rather than the fire doors at the ends of the hall like most hotels have. Coffee was good. Nice they had hot water available in the evenings. Bed was comfortable. All was quiet.

Breakfast was average. You should consider during apple season since you are surrounded by so many orchards to offer fresh apples from the local merchants. Also, if you will pin prick the boiled eggs, then guests would be able to microwave them instead of ignoring COLD eggs for breakfast!!!! Coffee however was excellent!

I have been staying there for years. The location is close to my friends. Significantly cheaper price than all the new chain hotels in the area. Hotel has been around for awhile, but management has done a good job keeping the amenities up to date.

Our reservation did not go through on the other end but the people found it and quickly gave us a room. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work initially but the situation was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. Tiffany was amazing and the reason I'm writing this review.

I actually brought my own food, which I usually do when traveling. My room was very clean and comfortable. The AC unit was the quietest of any units in other hotels I’ve stayed in. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and room was huge. We had the King suite. It had a separate living room with a sofa bed. I enjoyed the extra touch with the list of Preferred Restaurants nearby. We tried 2 of them!
