Mountain Inn & Suites Flat Rock

The location was great to the conference center we attended, the room was clean and spacious. There area was quiet so we had a good nights sleep all three nights. The staff was very pleasant much more than other places we have stays. This appeared to be how they were all the time, so they must enjoy their jobs, because it shows at other hotel, etc. Great variety of items for a continental breakfast, which the area was clean and keep clean all morning. The food items stays well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The check in staff was amazing, very hospitable and welcoming. Bedding was nice.

The staff were so, so, so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us with some random, unusual needs we had. The room felt cozy and clean, and beds were comfy. We loved our stay! The lobby was cozy, comfortable, and friendly with simple board games available, a computer, and 24-hr coffee, tea, and water. They have Nutella in their breakfast bar. We were a few minutes late checking out (3 little kids, all of them feeling sick), and then had to come back later to look in the room for my kid's missing insulated water bottle (found it), and I never felt like a nuisance. They were always kind.

Nice clean facility. I apparently double booked the room. The manager noticed it and canceled the mistake. Told me to call Booking to make sure. Even with the no cancel policy. Good people. The breakfast was standard fair but plenty of everything and fresh. I would gladly visit Mountain Inn again.

Staff were great and attentive to details. We’re seniors so it was nice to have an elevator. Waffle House and Zaxbys were in walking distance which was convenient. Great time!
